LAMP for short

LAMP is shining a light on DECISION 2007 by helping you learn more about candidates running for office in Louisiana. 

You can make a difference in this year’s elections by being an informed voter.  An informed vote is ALWAYS the right vote.

First, some history

LAMP is a political action committee organized under the Louisiana Campaign Finance Disclosure Act (R.S. 18:1482, et seq.).  LAMP is made up of members of the Louisiana Chemical Association and the Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance, all of whom support the vital economic engine of Louisiana, the chemical manufacturing industry.

As committed investors in Louisiana’s future, LAMP takes an active role in issues that shape and define our industry.  LAMP members work diligently to ensure the political process complements and promotes industry objectives of providing a safe, healthy environment for our communities and our employees, as well as growing Louisiana’s economy.
