Desiree Lemoine is Manager of Field Services for the Louisiana Chemical Association, a trade association that represents the interests of 66 petrochemical manufacturing companies that operate over 90 plants in Louisiana.

Desiree joined LCA’s Governmental Affairs Division in 2001 to lobby and to expand the group’s extensive network of people who are interested in growing Louisiana’s manufacturing base.
